C. Casola Farms: Where Halloween Haunts Come to Life

There are many reasons to enjoy the autumn season: the cool weather, the colorful leaves, and pumpkin spice. However, the most celebrated part of autumn is, without a doubt, Halloween: a spooky and delightful holiday. Luckily, I experienced a thrilling and chilling Halloween event that many students would enjoy at C. Casola Farms in Marlboro.

C. Casola Farms consists of multiple haunted attractions for thrillseekers and fans of all things spooky. It is especially entertaining when going with friends, as everyone can share a few laughs—and screams. When you first get to the farm, you purchase the tickets for the haunted attractions you want to visit. My friends and I bought tickets for the Haunted Barn, the Haunted Hayride of Terror, and the Living Maze. The first attraction that customers go inside is the barn. The barn consists of many haunted images, objects, and people. Each step incites more fear as you wonder when a jumpscare will occur. The second attraction is the hayride, where customers find a seat and wait until they are taken to the darkest and deepest area of the woods. During the adventure, creepy houses and objects surround the hayride while terrifying characters run onto it. They run from person to person, banging and screaming to cause terror.

The last—and my favorite attraction—is the maze. The maze is filled with hidden paths and tall trees. While walking in the pitch-black woods, people scream as new characters pop out of the bushes and chase them. You’ll feel your heart race as you try to find the correct path, encountering other terrified visitors along the way.

These attractions are perfect for anyone looking for a fright this Halloween. Casola Farms is a great place to attend if you want an unforgettable night out with friends and family filled with memories. ❧
